What is your MOQ?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 50 sets or pieces per style and colour. Mixed sizes are accepted within that quantity, so a 50-set order can be split across XS to 3XL. For multi-style programmes the MOQ applies per style rather than to the whole order.
Can you manufacture custom medical scrubs?
Yes. Custom medical scrubs are our main business. You can specify fabric blend and weight, colour references, pocket configuration, neckline, fit, grading and trims. We produce a pre-production sample for approval before bulk manufacturing begins.
Do you provide private labelling?
Yes. Private label medical scrubs are available from 50 sets per style. We produce woven neck labels, printed care and size labels, branded hang tags, barcoded polybags and custom export cartons in-house, so garments arrive retail-ready under your brand.
Can you add embroidery?
Yes. We run multi-head embroidery machines in-house for hospital crests, department names, individual staff names and brand marks. Screen printing, heat transfer and silicone printing are also available. Digitising of your logo is included with the first order.
Can you manufacture according to samples?
Yes. Send a reference garment or a full technical pack and we will reverse-engineer the pattern, match the fabric as closely as available, and confirm measurement tolerances in writing before bulk production. Customer designs are covered by NDA and never offered to other buyers.
Which countries do you export to?
We regularly export to the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Australia. We can quote FOB Sialkot, CIF or DAP to your port or warehouse.
How long is production?
Sampling takes 7 to 10 days. Bulk production runs 20 to 30 days from written sample approval and deposit receipt. Large or multi-style programmes are scheduled in releases so your first delivery is not held up by the whole order.
What fabrics do you use?
The most requested options are 4-way stretch 95% polyester / 5% spandex at 190 to 200 gsm, poly-cotton 65/35 twill at 180 to 210 gsm, and performance jersey for underscrubs. Antibacterial, stain-release and quick-dry finishes are available, and we will source to a specific mill spec on request.
Can I order mixed sizes?
Yes. Size ratios are set by you. A common hospital ratio is XS 5%, S 15%, M 25%, L 25%, XL 20% and 2XL 10%, but we will pack to whatever breakdown your market needs, including tall and short inseams on scrub pants.
Do you provide bulk pricing?
Yes. Quotations state the price for each quantity band, branding and packaging charges, and the lead time, so you can compare landed cost properly.
Do you offer OEM services?
Yes. OEM manufacturing to your specification, pattern and quality standard is a core service. You supply the technical pack or reference garment; we handle pattern making, fabric sourcing, production, inspection and export packing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Standard terms are a deposit with the order and the balance against shipping documents, by bank transfer. Letters of credit are accepted for larger orders, and established accounts can discuss alternative instruments.
Can I customize packaging?
Yes. Options include individual polybags with your barcode, printed tissue and belly bands, retail-ready folding, ratio-packed inner cartons and printed master cartons with your shipping marks.
