Use this adult grading chart when planning bulk size ratios for hospitals, clinics and private label programmes. Measurements are in inches.

To convert inches to centimetres, multiply by 2.54 (example: 40 in ≈ 102 cm). Confirm EU / US / AU size mapping when you request a quote.

How to measure

Measure under the arms around the fullest part of the chest, tape level.

Measure around the natural waistline where the scrub pant typically sits.

Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat.

Measure from crotch seam to preferred finished hem for clinical footwear.

Final garment ease follows your approved sample. Mixed sizes are accepted inside the MOQ on each design.
